These days, people are living a market-based life, depending upon markets for all commodities. The consumerism approach has become the life-line of mankind. But in many occasions, the consumers are cheated either in quantity or quality or in both. There are many companies, who are engaged in cheating the people in many ways. Hence the govt. has enacted many rules and laws to protect the interests of the consumers. There are consumers’ courts and forums to safeguard the interests of the consumers. For the last 4 to 5 years, our organization is working to safeguard the interest of the consumers.
